A month ago I wrote this article. It was the first article I wrote and published on onwrite.app, the blogging platform I had created. It was a good day. After working for so long on this product, I was finally using it for the purpose it was created.

I was nervous at first. To put something out there and be judged by it was something that scared me for a long time. But I did it anyway, and contrary to what I had feared, nothing happened.

Someone else could find this depressing. Everybody create things to be used. But that is not my case at all. I mean, I want people to use this product, but I am not sad that nobody use it yet. I never launched it anywhere. I've created some posts here and there on a few social media, but that's it.

After making it public, I noticed many small issues that was worth paying attention and get fixed. So, I fixed them. Now I think it's time to talk more about this marvelous platform, product of my mind.

I always thought this project as a long term journey. Gain people trust is hard. Gain people trust on a blogging and newsletter platform is harder. Nobody wants to start writing on a place that will not exist one year from now. So time is important here. But I don't have all the time in the world, and I believe the moment to show people what this product is about is now.

It's true that nothing really happened since July 23, when I published the first article here, but that is not a bad thing. The fun part is about to begin. I love the marketing side of product building, so this is the perfect opportunity. As they say, distribution is king.
